Your Data Rights
Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Effective from October 14, 2026
Data-protection law gives you rights over personal data held about you. INTO LUMINOSA MB, which publishes donaghyswebconsulting.com, holds very little: technical server records and any emails you send us. This page explains how to use your rights. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal data about you, and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to a particular use;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] and say which right you want to use. To help us find your data, please write from the email address you used to contact us. We may ask you for further information to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not release data to the wrong person.
How long it takes
We aim to reply within one month of receiving your request. If a request is complex, we may need longer, and if so we will tell you why. We do not charge a fee for ordinary requests.
Data held by the survey provider
We do not hold any account, points, reward or payment data. Registration takes place on the provider's own website, so requests about that data must be sent to the provider under its own privacy notice.
If you are unhappy
Please contact us first so that we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
